'It’s a beautiful day and Lucy has gone for a walk with a special mission on her mind….to bring the biggest brightest flower home to provide joy and happiness to anyone that needs it.

She is feeling extra proud of herself after finding a field full of gorgeous sunflowers in full bloom and has picked the tallest one she could find, with the biggest head of yellow petals.

This will surely bring a smile to anyone who is feeling a little sad today because wherever there are sunflowers there are smiles.'

Little acts of kindness go a long way and you can make a big difference to a person with just the smallest of gestures.
