Payment Options

We want to make paying for your new artwork as easy as possible. We have a number of payment options.

Payment & Security - Protecting Your Information 

We use the latest secure server technology to ensure your information is protected to the highest standards.

Encryption safeguards your information, and we only accept orders from web browsers that support Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.  This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers above version three support this level of security. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us.

The encryption technique we use is the highest standard available for e-commerce and is certified by Thawte.

Shopify Payments

All our online credit and debit card financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, Shopify Payments. You can review the provider's privacy policy here. We share information with our payment services provider only to the extent necessary for processing payments made via our website, issuing refunds, and addressing any related complaints or queries.

Klarna

We offer Klarna's Pay in 3, which is a flexible payment option that lets you split your purchase into three equal, interest-free instalments. The first payment is due when you make the purchase, with the remaining two instalments collected automatically 30 and 60 days later. Paypal

We also offer the ability to pay using your PayPal account, including PayPal Pay in 3. Please note the confirmation will display as Lucy Pittaway Ltd, our parent company.  You can review PayPal's privacy policy and terms & conditions here.

Original Payment Terms:

Artwork Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £250 will reserve the artwork for a period of 48 hours.

Layaway Terms
Customers who wish to purchase an artwork through our layaway scheme are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the purchase price. The remaining balance must be paid in full within six (6) months of the original purchase date. Failure to complete payment within this period may result in the cancellation of the layaway agreement and forfeiture of any deposits or payments made, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
