Win an Overnight Stay Package at The Grand, York, and an Art Bundle from Lucy Pittaway Ltd worth over £800!
  • Eligibility: This promotion is open to any UK resident over the age of 18. Employees of Lucy Pittaway Ltd, The Grand, York, or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, related or affiliated entities, or suppliers; as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of all parties are not eligible to enter.
  • Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Contest Rules (the “Official Rules”) and Lucy Pittaway Ltd's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
  • Timing: The competition begins on Thursday 1st February 2024 at 08:00 GMT and ends at 23:59 GMT on Wednesday 14th February 2024 (the “Competition Period”).
  • To enter the free prize draw simply answer the question on the entry form, found on the Lucy Pittaway Ltd website, follow The Grand, York, and Lucy Pittaway Ltd on each of their Facebook or Instagram pages, and fill out your name and email address. No purchase is necessary.
There will be one winner and the prize details are below:

From Lucy Pittaway Ltd, the winner will receive:

  • An 18" x 18" Framed Print of 'Pawfect' in a Slate Grey web frame: worth £295.00.
  • Matching notebook and to-do list, bookmark, cushion, coaster set, mug, and greetings card also featuring the 'Pawfect' artwork worth over £100.
  • The prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitution, cash redemption, sale, or transfer of the prize is permitted except at our sole and absolute discretion.
  • The prize will be awarded during the stay at The Grand, York.

From The Grand, York, the winner will receive:

  • A one-night stay for two people, an evening meal in The Rise Restaurant, use of the spa facilities, and breakfast. The total package is worth £400.00.
  • No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
  • By entering the competition, you agree to all terms and conditions related to this prize as stipulated by The Grand, York including:
  • The overnight stay cannot be booked during York Race Day Meets or over a UK Bank Holiday.
  • The booking must be made within six months from the date of receiving the prize.
General Rules:
  • One winner will be picked at random on Thursday 15th February 2024 and notified by phone or email within two working days of winning.
  • Two attempts will be made to contact the winner, after which, a new winner will be drawn. Up to two winners will be contacted before the prize is forsaken.
  • Winners must respond to the promoter within one working day of being contacted. Winners who respond after that period will not be eligible for the prize.
  • By entering the competition, you agree to receive marketing emails from both Lucy Pittaway Ltd and The Grand, York. You have the option to opt-out at any point via the ‘unsubscribe’ link on the emails or, if you tick the box NOT to receive communication from Lucy Pittaway Ltd and The Grand, York.
  • Lucy Pittaway Ltd's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw a prize entry if it is felt that it has been in any way fraudulently entered.
  • By entering this Competition and accepting a prize, the winner agrees to maintain his/her behaviour by all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any contest or prize-related activity.
  • The winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading, or otherwise transferring any part of the prize, except at the sponsor’s sole discretion. All prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • Entrants must supply full details as required above and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. Ineligible entries, third party entries, automated entries and those made fraudulently will be disqualified.
  • By giving us your email address in connection with the Promotion, you agree that Lucy Pittaway Ltd and The Grand, York may use your email address to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Promotion. Lucy Pittaway Ltd will keep your personal information safe and will not disclose it to anyone else.
