Competition Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: This promotion is open to any UK resident over the age of 18. Employees of Lucy Pittaway, The Wensleydale Heifer or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, related or affiliated entities or suppliers; as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of all parties are not eligible to enter. 
• Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Contest Rules (the “Official Rules”) and Lucy Pittaway's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
• Timing: The competition begins on Saturday 1st July 2023 at 09:00 GMT and ends at 23:59 GMT on Thursday 31st August 2023 (the “Competition Period”).
• To enter the free prize draw simply answer the question on the entry form found on the Lucy Pittaway website and fill out your name and email. No purchase necessary.

From Lucy Pittaway, the winner will receive the below:

• 18" Framed Print of 'The Heart of Wensleydale' framed in a Slate Grey web frame: £295.00
• Matching notebook and to do list also featuring 'The Heart of Wensleydale' artwork plus branded pencil set: £50.00

• The Prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitution, cash redemption, sale or transfer of the Prize is permitted except at our sole and absolute discretion.
• Prize will be awarded during the stay at the Wensleydale Heifer. 

From the Wensleydale Heifer, the winner will receive the below:

• The winner will receive a £500.00 voucher for the One Day Gourmet Dining Package at the Wensleydale Heifer. 

• No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. 
• By entering the competition, you agree to all terms and conditions related to this prize as stipulated by the Wensleydale Heifer including: The One Day Gourmet Dining Package is available for a stay Monday-Thursday only (excluding bank holidays), other date restrictions apply, and is a stay for up to two people.

• One winner will be picked at random on Friday 1st September and notified by phone or email within 2 working days of winning.
• Two attempts will be made to contact the winner after which a new winner will be drawn. Up to two winners will be contacted before the prize is forsaken. 
• Winners must respond to the promoter within one working day of being contacted. Winners that respond after that period will not be eligible for the prize.
• By entering the competition, you agree to receive marketing emails from both Lucy Pittaway and The Wensleydale Heifer. You have the option to opt out at any point via the ‘unsubscribe’ link on the emails. 
• The judge's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw a prize entry if it is felt that it has been in any way fraudulently entered.
• By entering this Competition and accepting a prize, the winner agrees to maintain his/her behaviour in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any contest or prize related activity.
• The winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring any part of the prize, except at the sponsor’s sole discretion. All prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Entrants must supply full details as required above and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. Ineligible entries, third party entries, automated entries and those made fraudulently will be disqualified.
