We’re looking for a commercially minded E‑Commerce Executive to take ownership of lucypittaway.co.uk as a key sales channel for the business.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving online performance end to end — from product launch and on-site experience through to analytics and reporting. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our product range resonates with our audience, delivers against sales targets, and continues to evolve based on customer behaviour and insight.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and optimise the online sales funnel, from traffic acquisition through to checkout and customer retention
  • Manage the day-to-day performance of the website, including UX, navigation, product pages and checkout
  • Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, stock levels and on-site merchandising
  • Work closely with our Shopify agency and design team to enhance site functionality and customer experience
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across product and category pages
  • Contribute to new product development discussions, using website performance and customer insights to inform decisions
  • Support and contribute to product photography for the website
  • Keep the site up to date with seasonal campaigns, promotions and offers
  • Identify opportunities to simplify customer journeys and improve key metrics such as AOV and CVR
  • Collaborate with marketing teams across PPC, social, email and SEO to drive high-quality traffic
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly trading performance
  • Analyse sales trends and adjust pricing, promotions and stock allocation to maximise results
  • Use analytics tools, including Shopify, GA4 and Google Tag Manager, to track performance and report on KPIs
  • Liaise with warehouse, fulfilment and buying teams to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfilment

What we’re looking for

  • Experience using Shopify (Essential)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data tracking and performance reporting
  • SEO and/or content writing experience, with the ability to create well-optimised product descriptions
  • A commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment

Salary: £30,000–£35,000

Please be aware that this is a full-time office-based role.
