Living on a farm and having these woolly companions so close by on site, its hard not to notice their little habbits. On a particularly hot sunny day I noticed there was one sheep in particular in our field that was simply Basking In The Sun with its head tilted towards the light and its eyes closed, looking so relaxed and peaceful. In that moment this painting was born.
