This piece was inspired by a stunning view from a high vantage point just outside of Richmond, Yorkshire. The viewpoint provides sweeping landscape as far afield as the Cleveland Hills as well as over the Yorkshire Dales. On this night I photographed a perfect rich sunset sky which looked ablaze in all its glorious shades of red and orange.
