The Junction Foundation Collaboration

Lucy Pittaway, a celebrated Yorkshire artist famous for her heart-warming art, is thrilled to reveal her collaboration with The Junction Foundation. This esteemed Tees Valley charity is committed to changing the lives of children, young people, and families within the region. The partnership involves Lucy Pittaway donating 5% of all artwork sales (excluding Originals) from her new 'Little Lucy' collection to The Junction Foundation until 31st December 2023.

The Junction Foundation is a notable organisation rooted in the Tees Valley, with a mission to support children and families facing various challenges. The charity has been recognised for its commitment to building trusting relationships with local residents, thereby enabling them to improve their lives.

Aligning closely with the Junction Foundation's vision, Lucy Pittaway's art aims to bring joy and positivity. Her 'Little Lucy' collection explores the importance of formative experiences in youth and how they impact individuals as they grow. Lucy Pittaway empowers her audience to understand that their past does not dictate their future.

In her own words, Lucy Pittaway says, "Your early experiences don't have to define you. You have the power to shape your destiny and turn your dreams into reality."

Inspired by Walt Whitman's timeless wisdom, "Look to the sun, and the shadows will fall behind you," the 'Little Lucy' collection comprises six individual pieces, each telling a unique and motivating story.

Through this collaboration, every purchase from the 'Little Lucy' collection will contribute to a brighter future for Teesside's children, young people, and families. Join us in celebrating this inspiring partnership between art and charity, aimed at creating a world where everyone can thrive.

If you wish to make a donation to The Junction, it can be made on their JustGiving page.
